I am excited to share my recent publication in Psychoneuroendocrinology, titled “Patterns of Stress-Related Change in Salivary Alpha-Amylase and Cortisol Among Young Children: Associations with Maternal Psychosocial Risk Factors”.
For this project, I conducted group-based trajectory analyses to assess whether there were subgroups of children who shared similar patterns of change in their stress physiology. I then investigated whether these underlying patterns of change were associated with family-level risk factors. You can read more about our findings and their broader implications here.
